FAQ

Questions, answered.

What size dumpsters do you have?

One size: a 14-yard roll-off. It holds about five pickup-truck loads, which covers most roof tear-offs, remodels and cleanouts. More about the size.

How much does it cost?

It depends on where it's going, how long you keep it and what goes in. Send the booking form or call, and we'll give you your price on the phone before anything is dropped off.

How long can I keep it?

Tell us on the form how long you think you'll need it. We'll confirm the rental period when we call.

What can't go in the dumpster?

  • Paint, oil, gas, solvents and other chemicals
  • Car and household batteries
  • Tires
  • Fridges, freezers and A/C units (they hold refrigerant)
  • Propane tanks and anything pressurized
  • Asbestos, medical waste and anything hazardous
Not sure about something? Ask us before it goes in.

Can I put concrete, dirt or roofing tile in it?

Heavy materials are different from regular debris. Tick "Concrete, dirt or rock" on the form and we'll go over it when we call.

Where can you put the dumpster?

On a flat, hard spot the truck can reach: usually a driveway or a level part of the job site. The street may need a city permit, so ask us first. How to get the spot ready.

Do I need to be home for drop-off or pickup?

No, as long as the spot is clear and the truck can get to it. Leave gate or access notes on the form.

How do I book?

Use the booking form any time, or call (915) 781-7074 Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. A form request isn't final until we call you to confirm.

Do you serve my area?

All of El Paso and nearby towns. See the service area, or call and ask.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Call in English or Spanish, and the whole site and booking form are in both.
